During my life I have had many hobbies and passions. Here is a
list of some of them: Scouting, Chess, Computers, DIY, cooking,
reading, music, camping, cycling, travelling, theatre, Tai Chi,
football, squash, badminton, guitar, piano, photography, ice skating,
swimming, massage, folk festivals and public speaking
Currently I am learning Salsa dancing. Here in Bristol you can
find a Salsa class most evenings. Salsa is a very lively dance,
with great music. And it is great fun too
Whatever I am doing, reading is always an important part of it.
I will read every available minute, even whilst brushing my teeth.
I read far and wide, both magazines (e.g. The Ecologist, Resurgence,
New Scientist and New Internationalist) and books. Most of the books
I read are non-fiction, such as many of the personal development
classics, philosophy (Ken Wilber being my current favourite), bringing
up children and popular science books
